PROBLEM
Jackson Family Wines operates 47 wineries, each with its own platform and checkout flow. Users face a fragmented experience when browsing or shopping across multiple wineries. This makes it difficult to explore products, maintain a single cart, or use loyalty and membership benefits consistently.
SOLUTION
We created a standardized template for all 47 wineries, unifying membership, loyalty programs, and checkout flows. Users can now shop seamlessly across wineries without abandoning carts, and loyalty benefits carry across all locations, providing a consistent and friction-free experience.
